Pristine Clean carpet cleaning process:

Our Multi-step cleaning system

The Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) States for carpet cleaning

to be effective, the first step must be a thorough vacuuming of all carpeted areas. Research has determind that at least 74% of soil in the carpet & upholstery is dry particulate soil.  (Pictured to the right) This particulate soil is the main cause of wear on all fabrics.

Why is it most companies ask the customer to vacuum prior to ther service? Because it saves them time! Unfortunately the home vacuums are just  not strong enough to remove all this deep down dry soil, and in many cases companies that do provide vacuuming, they themselves use vacuum cleaners that are no better than than the typical home owner. The result in many cases is a very poor carpet cleaning job. When you add hot water to dry soil it makes it much more difficult to get the proper results.

Pristine Clean incorporates this first step along with the most effective and safest  cleaning agents

on the market today. Checkout our multi-step extraction process.

Step # 1  We go over all the carpeted areas with an industrial extractor to deep vacuum all the loose dry soil that lies deep in the fibers of your carpet!

We also take the time to vacuum your edges and corners and behind doorways.

Step # 2  We apply a special citris based pre-treatment to the heavily

soiled areas and traffic lanes that need a little extra attention.

Step # 3  we then pre-spot any stains with our own special spotters.

We have spotters that are specially designed to treat and remove all types  stain material.

ie… Protein, oil and grease, makeup , and pet urine just to name a few.

Step # 4 This next step is to gently apply   a soap free foam that will emulsify all the embedded soil and suspend it in the foam. A deodorizer and disinfectant is also added to this solution which will  leave your carpets clean and fresh.

Step # 5 We then go over all the areas again to post extract and remove the  the foam and soil.

Step #6 This step we reinspect and re-spot where ever necessary.

We then Hand groom your carpet which lifts the nap and helps speed up the drying time.

The carpets are 80% dry when we finish and only take 3-4 hours to completely dry.
